Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Italy within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Estimates: We offer worldwide shipping to bring Italian elegance directly to your door.

• Domestic (Italy): Standard Shipping (2-3 business days) - €5.00 (Free on orders over €50).

• European Union (EU): Standard EU Shipping (3-5 business days) - €9.00 (Free on orders over €100).

• International (Rest of the World): International Shipping (7-14 business days) - €15.00.

Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Milano Jewels is not responsible for these charges.
