Our Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Milano Jewels purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, in compliance with EU consumer rights directives.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

3. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
